Beef taco

Xiaomi Mi Smart Air Fryer Receptek vol. 2

Contributors:

  • Tortilla: 4 pieces
  • Ground beef: 250 g
  • Diced California peppers: 60 g
  • Diced onion: 20 g
  • Olive oil: 35 g
  • Black pepper: 5 g
  • Salt: 5 g
  • Avocado: 1 piece
  • Pasta sauce: 40 g
  • Oregano: 2 g
  • Shredded carrots: 20 g
  • Lettuce cut into lettuces: 20 g
  • Diced mango: 60 g
  • Sour cream: 100 g
  • Salad dressing: 100 g
  • Yoghurt: 50 g
  • Cheddar cheese: 20 g

Baking time: 9 minutes

Baking temperature: 170 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. Be sure to thicken the sauce when preparing the ground beef mixture so that the tacos don't get soggy.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Dice the avocado, add the carrot, lettuce, mango, sour cream and dressing. Mix them together and set aside for a while.
  2. Take out the tacos and make "U" shapes with a toothpick.
  3. Put the olive oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, add the minced beef, onion, black pepper, salt and oregano and stir-fry.
  4. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature so that it heats up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the Air fryer is preheated, pull out the basket and place the tortillas in it. Push the basket back in and bake at 170°C for 5 minutes.
  5. When they are cooked, remove them from the air oven, spread first a layer of vegetables, then a layer of meat. Eat with health.

Oil-free French fries (from frozen potatoes)

  • Frozen potatoes: 500 g
  • Salt: 10 g

Baking time: 19 minutes

Baking temperature: 200 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. While cooking, the air fryer will beep to turn the food over. Pull the basket out, shake the potatoes in it and then put the basket back in.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Place the frozen fries in the basket of the air fryer, put them back in the oven and start the programme.
  2. Remove the fries from the oven, season with salt and serve. Eat it in good health.

Contributors:

  • Flour with high gluten content: 150 g
  • Low gluten flour: 15 g
  • Cold (iced) water: 100 g
  • Yeast: 2 g
  • Salt: 3 g
  • Butter: 10 g
  • Milk powder: 7 g
  • Water: 330 g
  • Baking soda: 12 g
  • Cheese: 50 g
  • Black pepper: 3 g

Baking time: 19 minutes

Baking temperature: 165 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. Wear gloves when kneading the dough.
  2. When kneading the dough, make sure that the dough is not only thin but also elastic when stretched. If you stretch the dough too thin, it will not have the right consistency for rising. Conversely, if the dough is not kneaded well enough, it will be difficult to rise.
  3. Rising the dough at around 27 Celsius works best. Make sure the ambient temperature is even.
  4. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine the flours, cold water, yeast, salt, butter, milk powder and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Knead the mixture into a homogeneous dough.
  3. Allow the dough to rest at room temperature for about five minutes, then divide into equal 20 gram portions. Shape the pieces into small balls, then leave the dough balls to rest in the fridge for a further 10 minutes.
  4. Dice the cheese, add the pepper and set aside
  5. Loosen the balls of dough, knead in the peppered cheese and make dumplings again. When ready, cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
  6. Mix the bicarbonate of soda with the specified amount of water and set aside.
  7. Remove the balls from the fridge and place them in the baking soda for about 40 seconds.
  8. Place the soaked balls on paper towels and drain off the excess water, then use scissors to cut a 1/2 cm deep cross on top of each piece.
  9. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature so that it is warmed up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the Air fryer is preheated, pull out the basket, place a layer of baking paper in the basket and place the balls on top. Push the basket back and bake at 165°C for 15 minutes.
  10. Once the buns are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and eat them healthily.

Fried onion rings

Xiaomi Mi Smart Air Fryer Receptek vol. 2

Contributors:

  • Sweet onions: 1 pc
  • Fine flour: 80 g
  • Baking powder: 3 g
  • Salt: 10 g
  • Zsemlemorzsa: 60 g
  • Eggs: 2 pieces

Baking time: 11 minutes

Baking temperature: 180 Celsius

Tips for baking:

When you have two layers of onion rings on the grill at a time and the top layer is well cooked, remove it from the Air Fryer and continue cooking the rest on the bottom layer for another two minutes.

Preparation:

  1. Turn on the air oven, set the recommended temperature so that it is warmed up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the air oven reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Carve the sweet onion into 1.5 cm slices and set aside.
  2. Pour the flour, baking powder and salt into a resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake well. Then add the onion rings, reseal the bag and shake until all the onion rings are coated in the flour mixture.
  3. Take an onion ring from the bag, remove the excess flour mixture and dip it into the beaten egg.
  4. Drain off the excess egg, then roll the onion rings in the breadcrumbs.
  5. After preheating the oven, pull out the basket and line it with a layer of aluminium foil. Then place the onion rings in the basket and return to the air oven to continue cooking.
  6. As time goes by, remove the prepared food from the air fryer and eat it healthily.

Crispy tofu

Contributors:

  • Hard tofu: 600 g
  • Salt: 10 g
  • Black pepper 10 g
  • Olive oil: 50 g

Baking time: 24 minutes

Baking temperature: 200 Celsius

Tips for baking:

During cooking, the air fryer will beep to turn the food over. Pull out the basket, turn the tofu in it and replace the basket. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature so that it heats up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Dice the hard tofu into 2.5 cm pieces, season with salt and pepper and toss in the olive oil.
  2. Once the air oven is preheated, pull out the basket, line it with a layer of aluminium foil, place the tofu pieces in the basket and place back in the air oven.
  3. Once the food is cooked, serve and enjoy with health!
