More Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO phones not getting updates

It's not a rewarding task to write about which phones will no longer be supported and will not receive updates. Especially those that are still active and many are waiting for HyperOS to come to their favourite! But not only that, not even MIUI will...

Today, more phones have been added to Xiaomi's blacklist of devices that will not receive any more updates. Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO phones have been added to the list, maybe yours is one of them! Let's see what the changes are.

Xiaomi

The following Xiaomi phones have been added to the list:

• Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite (TR, RU, IN, EEA, Global, ID)
• Xiaomi MIX Fold (CN)

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite is also Released at the end of March 2021, with a Snapdragon 732G processor, a 6.55" AMOLED display and a 64 MP main camera. Well, that's not very fortunate, but its support has ended in all regions. The Redmi Note 10 Pro is also released in March 2021, MIUI 12 and with Android 11. It last received the MIUI 14 update, based on Android 13, at the end of last year. It is interesting that it is completely identical to the Redmi Note 12 4G phone, whose support lasts even longer.

POCO

POCO's list is already thinner, as there are fewer phones than the Xiaomi or Redmi line. Although we are not yet affected by the discontinued POCO phones, but for those who are, there is little consolation. The now discontinued models are not yet discontinued in Hungary, but in Taiwan and India, but what's late...

• POCO X3 Pro (TW, IN)

Also March 2021 phone , with Snapdragon 860 processor, MIUI for POCO system and Android 11 base. The phone hasn't received updates for 1 year, so I'm not saying much news by saying that it won't be factory any more, but custom ROM all the more.
