Roasted broccoli

Xiaomi Mi Smart Air Fryer receptek vol. 6

Contributors:

  • Broccoli: 250 g
  • Olive oil: 50 g
  • Salt: 10 g
  • Turmeric: 5 g
  • Chilli powder: 5 g
  • Lemon: 1 piece

Baking time: 14 minutes

Baking temperature: 180 Celsius

Tips for baking:

During cooking, the air fryer will beep to turn the food over. At this point, pull out the basket, turn the broccoli in it and then put the basket back in. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature to heat up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the Air fryer is preheated, pull out the basket, line it with a layer of aluminium foil. Then all you have to do is mix the broccoli with olive oil and salt, put it in the basket and put it back in the air oven.
  2. When the broccoli is cooked, remove from the oven, sprinkle with turmeric and chilli powder and squeeze the lemon juice over the broccoli to serve.

Fried shrimps

Contributors:

  • Crab tails (shrimp): 400 g
  • Olive oil: 25 g
  • Crushed garlic: 30 g
  • Melted butter: 25 g
  • White wine: 30 g
  • Lemon: 1 piece

Baking time: 13 minutes

Baking temperature: 160 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. During cooking, the air fryer will beep to turn the food over. At this point, pull out the basket, turn the prawns in it and then put the basket back in.
  2. If you are cooking two layers of prawns at the same time, remove the top layer from the oven when it is cooked well and cook the rest for a further two minutes.
  3. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Mix together the olive oil, garlic, butter, white wine and lemon juice, then add the prawns and add to the marinade.
  2. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature to warm up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the Air fryer is preheated, pull out the basket, line it with a layer of aluminum foil, place the marinated shrimp on top and place it back in the Air fryer.
  3. Serve the prawns, but you can also decorate them with vegetables beforehand.

Dried fruits

Contributors:

  • Mangoes: 1 (approx. 350 g)
  • Strawberries: 100 g
  • Jackfruit: 100 g
  • Kiwi: 1 piece (approx. 95 g)

Baking time: 300 minutes

Baking temperature: 90 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. If you are drying two layers of fruit at the same time, remove the top layer from the oven when it is done and dry the rest for another 20 minutes.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the fruit by peeling the mango and kiwi, peeling the jackfruit and strawberries.
  2. Slice the prepared fruit.
  3. Pull the basket out of the air oven, place the fruit on top, put the basket back in the oven and switch on the programme.
  4. Serve the prepared fruits and eat them in good health. It is delicious on its own or with tea.

 

Butter biscuits

Contributors:

  • Butter: 70 g
  • icing sugar: 20 g
  • Salt: 1 g
  • Flour: 70 g
  • Starch: 25 g
  • Vanilla extract: 1 g

Baking time: 16 minutes

Baking temperature: 180 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. If left to cool after baking, the biscuits will be even crumblier.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter, then slowly beat it with a whisk.
  2. To the whipped butter, add the icing sugar, salt, cornflour and vanilla extract, mix well and then blend with a food processor on medium speed until the colour fades.
  3. Sift the flour into the mixture and mix the dough with a spatula.
  4. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature to warm up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the Air fryer is preheated, pull out the basket and lay baking paper inside. Fill the dough into a piping bag, press small shapes onto the baking paper and place the basket in the oven.
  5. Once the biscuits are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for about 30 minutes. Enjoy with health.
