I'm back with a new series of Xiaomi Mi Smart Air Fryer recipes, for everyone's enjoyment. So let's continue to make more and more delicious dishes with Xiaomi's excellent fryer!

RECEPTEK

Eggs fried in avocado

Air Fryer receptek

Contributors:

  • Avocado: 2 pieces
  • Egg yolks: 4 pcs
  • Black pepper: 5 g
  • Spring onion: 2 g
  • Salt: 5 g

Baking time: 14 minutes

Baking temperature: 160 Celsius

Tips for baking:

Drizzle the avocado with soy sauce for a richer taste experience.

Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds with the knife.
  2. Put the egg yolks in the wells of the avocados.
  3. Sprinkle with the black pepper, spring onion and salt.
  4. Turn the Air fryer on, set the recommended temperature to warm up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the Air fryer is preheated, pull out the basket, line it with a layer of aluminum foil, place the avocados inside and return it to the oven.
  5. Once the dish is ready, serve it and eat it healthily.

Black pepper steak

Contributors:

  • Steak cutlet: 1 steak (approx. 200 g)
  • Black pepper: 15 g
  • Salt: 10 g
  • Melted butter: 15 g

Baking time: 14 minutes

Baking temperature: 180 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. During cooking, the air fryer will beep to turn the food over. Pull out the basket, turn the steak in it and replace the basket.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.
  3. If you're making a frozen steak, thaw it in water or use the air fryer to defrost it.

Preparation:

  1. Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper and place in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  2. Pull the basket out of the oven and line it with a layer of aluminium foil. Place the steak cutlet on top, brush with melted butter, return to the oven and start the programme.
  3. Take the baked slice out of the oven, add your favourite sauce, serve and enjoy!

Spicy chicken breast strips

Contributors:

  • Chicken breast strips: 400 g
  • Eggs: 2 g
  • Zsemlemorzsa: 80 g
  • Fine flour: 80 g
  • Salt: 15 g
  • Black pepper 15 g
  • Olive oil: 40 g

Baking time: 14 minutes

Baking temperature: 180 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. When two layers of chicken strips are cooked at the same time and the top layer is cooked through, remove from the oven and cook the bottom layer for a further two minutes.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Mix the breadcrumbs with salt and black pepper to taste, then add the olive oil and mix.
  2. Dredge the chicken breast strips in the flour, then dip them in the beaten egg, and finally bread them with seasoned breadcrumbs.
  3. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature to warm up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the Air fryer is preheated, pull out the basket, line with a layer of baking paper, place the chicken pieces in the basket and place back in the Air fryer.
  4. Once the food is cooked, serve and enjoy with health!

Beef with caraway

Contributors:

  • Beef (diced): 400 g
  • Onions: 1 pc
  • Light soy sauce: 15 g
  • Wine: 35 g
  • Ground cumin: 15 g
  • Chilli powder: 10 g
  • Salt: 5 g
  • Barbecue sauce: 90 g

Baking time: 24 minutes

Baking temperature: 180 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. Halfway through the cooking time, the air fryer beeps to turn the food over. Pull out the basket, turn the meat in it, replace the basket and continue cooking.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the onions, mix with the diced meat, soy sauce, wine, salt and barbecue sauce and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature to heat up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the Air fryer is preheated, pull out the basket, place aluminum foil on the basket. Place the meat mixture on the lined basket, sprinkle with ground cumin and chili powder, and mix the whole mixture again. Return the basket to the air oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove the meat from the air fryer and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

New Orleans fried chicken wings (with fresh meat)

Contributors:

  • Chicken wings: 12 pieces (50 g pieces)
  • Soy sauce: 30 g
  • Black pepper: 15 g
  • Wine: 40 g
  • New Orleans spice mix: 75 g

Baking time: 22 minutes

Baking temperature: 180 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. If you're cooking two layers of chicken wings at once, remove the top layer from the oven when it's cooked through and cook the rest for another 3-5 minutes.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the chicken wings, then chop (mince) them
  2. Place the chickens in a bowl, pour over the soy sauce, wine, pepper and spice mix. Marinate the meat and leave to rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Pull the basket out of the oven, line it with a layer of aluminium foil, place the chicken wings on top, put the basket back in the oven and switch on the programme.
  4. Serve the cooked wings and eat them healthily.
