Italian meatballs

Air Fryer receptek

Contributors:

  • Ground beef: 500 g
  • Eggs: 2 g
  • Coriander: 20 g
  • Dried oregano: 2 g
  • Zsemlemorzsa: 50 g
  • Grated Parmesan: 90 g
  • Diced garlic: 15 g
  • Salt: 4 g
  • Black pepper: 10 g
  • Olive oil: 20 g
  • Ketchup: 15 g

Baking time: 19 minutes

Baking temperature: 180 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. During cooking, the air fryer will beep to turn the food over. Pull out the basket, turn the meatballs in it and replace the basket.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the minced meat and all the ingredients except the ketchup and oil, and mix well.
  2. Take small handfuls of the dough and form balls of about 2 centimetres with the palm of your hand.
  3. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature to warm up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the air oven is preheated, pull out the basket, line it with a layer of baking paper, place the meatballs in the basket, drizzle with oil and place back in the air oven.
  4. While cooking, the air fryer will tell you when to turn the food, so pull the basket out of the oven, turn the balls over, brush with ketchup and return to the oven until the cooking time is up.
  5. Once the dish is ready, serve and enjoy these succulent, spicy meatballs.

Pizza

Air Fryer receptek

Contributors:

  • Pizza base: 1 piece
  • Marinara sauce: 20 g
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded): 60 g
  • Vegetables (chopped): 20 g
  • Sausage: to taste

Baking time: 12 minutes

Baking temperature: 180 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. Make sure that the sauce is evenly distributed on the pizza base.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature to warm up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the Air fryer is preheated, pull out the basket. In the meantime, spread the marinara sauce on the pizza base with a spoon, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, vegetables and sliced sausage over the top. Place the pizza in the basket and return to the oven.
  2. Serve the finished dish and eat it healthily.

Crispy potato slices

  • Potatoes: 400 g
  • Ground cumin: 10 g
  • Salt: 10 g
  • Black pepper 10 g
  • Edible oil: 25 g

Baking time: 17 minutes

Baking temperature: 200 Celsius

Tips for baking:

During cooking, the air fryer will beep to turn the food over. At this point, pull out the basket, turn the potatoes in it and then put the basket back in. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature to heat up by the time you are ready to prepare the dish. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Wash and peel the potatoes, slice them, sprinkle with ground cumin, salt, black pepper, then pour over the cooking oil and mix.
  2. Once the air oven is preheated, pull out the basket, line it with a layer of aluminium foil, place the potato slices in the basket and place back in the air oven.
  3. Once the food is cooked, serve and enjoy with health!

Cheese wrapped in crispy bacon

  • Sliced bacon: 5 pieces
  • Diced hard cheese: 5 pieces

Baking time: 16 minutes

Baking temperature: 170 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. The cheese cubes must be tightly wrapped, otherwise they will run out.
  2. During cooking, the air fryer will beep to turn the food over. Pull out the basket, turn the meatballs in it and replace the basket.
  3. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Turn on the Air fryer, set it to the recommended temperature so that it is warmed up by the time you are done with the preparation. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Meanwhile, roll the cheese in the bacon.
  2. Once the air oven is preheated, pull out the basket, line it with a layer of aluminium foil, place the bites in the basket and put them back in the air oven.
  3. When the dish is ready, serve it and enjoy it in good health!

Fish fried in salt

Contributors:

  • Perch: 280 g
  • Coarse salt: 150 g
  • Black pepper: 5 g
  • Lemon: 1 piece
  • Parsley: 30 g
  • Egg protein: 5 pieces

Baking time: 34 minutes

Baking temperature: 200 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. Halfway through the cooking time, the air fryer beeps to turn the food over. Pull out the basket, turn the fish over, replace the basket and continue cooking.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Using an electric whisk, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold the coarse salt into the beaten egg whites.
  3. Cut the fish in half lengthways, season with salt and black pepper, then add a few slices of lemon and a sprig of parsley.
  4. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature so that it heats up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the Air fryer is preheated, pull out the basket, place a layer of foil on the basket, place a layer of salt foam on top and place a few slices of lemon on top.
  5. Place the perch on top of the lemon mousse and cover the whole with the remaining mousse. Return the basket to the air oven and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the fish from the air fryer and allow to cool for a few minutes. Using a small knife, carefully remove the salt from the fish. Place on a plate and garnish with parsley to serve.
