Well, let's continue with our delicious Air Fryer recipes series! Today, I've brought you 5 recipes for the Xiaomi Mi Smart Air Fryer to cook your favorite easily and quickly!

Recipes

Crispy lamb cutlet with cumin

Xiaomi Mi Smart Air Fryer receptek vol. 3

Contributors:

  • Lamb chops: 4 pieces
  • Kosher salt: 12 g
  • Black pepper: 15 g
  • Ground cumin: 15 g
  • Greek yoghurt: 60 g
  • Lemon: 1 piece
  • Mint: 3 g
  • Capers: 1 g
  • Salt: 1 g

Baking time: 19 minutes

Baking temperature: 190 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. During cooking, the air fryer will beep to turn the food over. At this point, pull out the basket, turn the lamb slices in it and then put the basket back in.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.
  3. If you are making a meal from frozen lamb chops, thaw in water or use an air fryer to defrost.

Preparation:

  1. Season both sides of the lamb chops with kosher salt and black pepper, then leave to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. When the time is up, brush both sides of the lamb chops with ground cumin.
  3. Turn on the Air fryer, set the recommended temperature to warm up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the Air fryer is preheated, pull out the basket, line with a layer of aluminum foil, place the lamb slices on top and place back in the Air fryer.
  4. Remove the baked slices from the air fryer and prepare the mint yoghurt sauce. All you need to do is blend the yoghurt, the juice of the lemon, mint and dill. Season with salt and serve with the lamb slices.

Cheesecake

Contributors:

  • Graham (oat) crackers: 100 g
  • Melted butter: 60 g
  • Sugar (for the base): 20 g
  • Cream cheese: 400 g
  • Ricotta: 200 g
  • Eggs: 2 pieces
  • Granulated sugar: 120 g
  • Maize starch: 30 g

Baking time: 34 minutes

Baking temperature: 160 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. Refrigerate before serving for an authentic American taste.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Mix the crumbled biscuits, butter and sugar in a small bowl and press into the bottom of a small cake tin lined with baking paper.
  2. Mix the cheeses with the sugar and starch, add the eggs, then pour the mixture gently onto the cake base.
  3. Pull the basket out of the oven, place the batter in the small cake tin and place it back in the oven and start baking.
  4. Once the cake is baked, remove from the oven, allow to cool and refrigerate for about five hours before serving.

Salty and peppery shrimps

  • Shrimp: 500 g
  • (cooking) wine: 35 g
  • Pepper salt spice mix: 5 g
  • Salt: 10 g
  • Oil: 20 g

Baking time: 19 minutes

Baking temperature: 180 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. While cooking, the air fryer will beep to turn the food over. Pull out the basket, turn the prawns over and put the basket back in.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse and peel the prawns and place them in a large bowl. Add the wine, salt and spice mix, toss the prawns with the spices and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Pull the basket out of the oven, line it with a layer of aluminium foil and place the crabs on top. Brush with a little oil, return the basket to the oven and switch on the programme.
  3. Serve the cooked prawns and eat them healthily.

Roasted vegetables

  • Baked pumpkin (sliced): 100 g
  • Boiled corn (sliced): 200 g
  • Asparagus: 50 g
  • Button mushrooms: 60 g
  • Okra: 80 g
  • Broccoli: 50 g
  • Purple jam: 70 g
  • Soy sauce: 35 g
  • Salt: 5 g
  • Olive oil: 25 g
  • Black pepper: 5 g
  • Honey: 30 g

Baking time: 19 minutes

Baking temperature: 160 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. During cooking, the air fryer will beep to turn the food over. Pull out the basket, turn the vegetables in it and then put the basket back in.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.

Preparation:

  1. Marinate the vegetables for 5 minutes in a mixture of soy sauce, salt, olive oil, black pepper and honey.
  2. Pull the basket out of the oven, line it with a layer of aluminium foil, place the vegetables on top, put the basket back in the oven and switch on the programme.
  3. Serve the prepared vegetables and eat them healthily. One of the best dishes for an afternoon get-together!

Pork cutlet with teriyaki sauce

  • Pork chops: 2 pieces (120 g slices)
  • Brown sugar: 15 g
  • Soy sauce: 12 g
  • Barbecue sauce: 20 g
  • Lemon: 1 piece
  • Salt: 5 g
  • Black pepper: 5 g

Baking time: 24 minutes

Baking temperature: 190 Celsius

Tips for baking:

  1. During cooking, the air fryer will beep to turn the food over. At this point, pull out the basket, turn the pork slices in it and then put the basket back in.
  2. Adjust the cooking time and temperature to your own taste and the ingredients used.
  3. If you are making a meal from frozen pork cuts, thaw in water or use an air fryer to defrost.

Preparation:

  1. Mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Turn the pork chops in the sauce and leave to marinate for about 5 minutes.
  3. Turn the Air fryer on, set the recommended temperature to warm up by the time you are ready to prepare. (When the Air fryer reaches the preset temperature, it will beep and preheating will be complete.) Once the Air fryer is preheated, pull out the basket, line with a layer of aluminum foil, place the pork slices on top and place back in the Air fryer.
  4. Take the baked slices out of the air oven, serve and enjoy!
