As I said a few days ago written by, the Android 12 update for the Mi 11, Mi 11i and Mi 11 Ultra is already in the test phase. This update was only available to Mi Pilot, the in-house testers, where by installing it, testers accept the risk that the update released may not be bug-free.

Again, it is important to stress that the problem only occurred for users who tested the update in advance and not for everyone. So you, dear reader, if you are not a tester, should not be afraid of getting an update for the affected phones that would prevent you from using your phone.
