Manu Kumar Jain, the head of Xiaomi India has announced that one million Xiaomi TV units have been sold in the last 9 months and in this way it has become the first smart TV brand and the first online TV brand in India. It means that Xiaomi has sold 2.5 TVs every minute in the last 9 months. The sales volume was 500,000 in the first 6 months and it took another three months to hit 1 million.

The three Global TVs introduced at the end of September played an important role in setting up mass purchase. The Xiaomi TV 4 Pro 55″, the Xiaomi TV 4A Pro 49″ and the Xiaomi TV 4C Pro 32″ have raised the sales substiantially in Indian TV market. It is obvious that the content has put the lid on the purchase of the device since it has been available with Chinese Patchwall so far which has been only welcomed in China. With Globalisation it has not only raised the interest of Indian fans but also fans in other parts of the world, especially in Hungary.

The devices equipped with Global Patchwall and artificial intelligence  provide over 700,000 hours of content playback and supports Google Voice Search. We hope that it will also arrive in our country, in the Mi Store, the Xiaomishop or anywhere. It is not worth ordering from the east unless you are a fanatic fan as its price will be similar to the one offered by the Hungarian rivals by the time it gets here.
