At 10 o’clock Chinese time, Bin Lin announced on Weibo that they have exceeded 6 million units of Mi 8. This result has been achieved with the following phones: Mi 8, Mi 8 SE, Mi 8 EE and the new Mi 8 Lite.
They also announced that they will reduce the prices of certain Mi 8 devices by 200 yuan (~8,195 Ft), in this was the price of the cheapest Mi 8 6/64 variant will drop from 2,699 yuan to 2,499 yuan. The new pricing will be:
- Mi 8 6GB+64GB 2,499 yuan (~102,000 Ft)
- Mi 8 6GB+128GB 2,799 yuan (~114,665 Ft)
- Mi 8 6GB+256GB 3,099 yuan (~126,955 Ft)
- Mi 8 8GB+128GB 3,099 yuan (~126,955 Ft)
