For the past few weeks we've been dubious about the imminent arrival of the second version of Black Shark. Not for nothing, as the first model under the Xiaomi banner is still the best price/value gamer phone on the market. Not to mention that you can get this one too. Because there are 2-3 competitors, if they are impossible to get. But the Black Shark is also available in a domestic webshop with a 2-year warranty.
The leaked director's image doesn't look authentic to me yet, but the video is plausible enough.
According to the first survey on the TENAA website, the design is once again aggressive and angular. Today, the Chinese company released a mysterious teaser of a new product: it could be the second generation of the Black Shark.
The poster above was posted on Black Shark's official Weibo profile, and shows that it will be unveiled on the National Day of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution (October 23rd), a few days before the official launch of the Mi MIX 3 in Beijing. Even if the Black Shark 2 has not been officially confirmed, it is very likely that no other device will be unveiled on Tuesday.
The name is not final either, we will only know for sure later (23 October).
So far, the BS2 hardware remains the Snapdragon 845 with liquid cooling, 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage, and - most likely - an additional Pixelwork graphics processor. A 5.99-inch FullHD+ 18:9 display, a dual-camera unit at the back that switches to a vertical layout, and a fingerprint scanner moved to the rear center section.
Hopefully more information will be published before the launch.
