Facebook is trying to appeal to retro gaming fans, with Pac-Man Community, a game that evokes the atmosphere of the popular devouring game, now available to play here.
The classic Namco-created game was launched from the arcade in the 1980s, and its popularity has been undiminished ever since. Pac-Man has become an integral part of pop culture, appearing on T-shirts, mugs and backpacks, and there's probably no one who can't identify the all-consuming little yellow head.
The popularity of Pac-Man has also inspired Facebook's creative masters: the social networking site recently announced that, together with Bandai Namco, the original developer of the game prepared by a new version of Pac-Man for Facebook, where you will also be able to broadcast what you see.

The company envisages a platform that would cover almost all aspects of life: users could play sports, games and all sorts of activities in the Zuckerbergs' virtual world, while at work.
