Official! The Xiaomi 13 Ultra goes global in April

After much speculation and rumour, the official announcement has finally arrived! Xiaomi and Leica have simultaneously posted posters confirming the release of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. The phone will be released globally in April.

The first poster released by Xiaomi reads with no small amount of confidence:

Summicron lens for cinematography

And the Weibo post has the following text in Chinese:

"Another key step in the strategic cooperation between Xiaomi and Leica Global Imaging.
This time, we bring together the latest, never-before-seen optical system solution for mobile imaging and Leica's most perfect Summicron lens ever in mobile imaging. From wide-angle to telephoto, a variety of mobile phone lenses have consistently achieved excellent results in optical capabilities for the first time.
This ground-breaking range of technology will be equipped with the new globally launched #Xiaomi13Ultra, which will be released this month."

At the same time, Leica has also released its own poster, which goes into a bit more detail, thankfully in English.
