If I were to rely only on cold numbers, I would still say that the Redmi Note 12 Pro better than the Redmi Note 11 Pro. And when you compare the prices, you can see just how much. If you look at the differences, I'd say it's better. Let's look at the differences.

Screen

There is no difference in screen size, both are 6.67″, resolution, ppi, etc. are all the same. But. Redmi Note 12 Pro features new flexible AMOLED technology, capable of displaying an incredible 1,000,000,000 colours. Dolby Vision, with HDR10+ rating, is clearly more beautiful than Redmi Note 11 Pro screen. The peak brightness is a bit weaker, but that doesn't matter if you have to choose.

Processor

Well there you have it, that's the biggest difference between the two phones. A huge leap from the MTK G96 to the MTK Dimensity 1080. Looking through a few tests, the D1080 is clearly much better, even scoring double the G96 in some cases. In AnTuTu, 3DMark and Geekbench tests, it's clear to see that it's almost double the results. In addition, the manufacturing process has also been halved, which not only causes a performance difference, but also a significant reduction in power consumption. I think this makes it clear which phone is the better choice!

Camera

Now here we need some explanation. It may seem that the Redmi Note 11 Pro Its 108 MP camera is better than the 50 MP of the Redmi Note 12 Pro. But when you consider that the Redmi Note 12 Pro uses the Sony IMX766 sensor, no further questions. Sony's sensors have always taken better pictures than Samsung's, despite the big pixel count difference. Bigger sensor size, bigger pixel size, more light to collect and determine the right color. Plus there's the improved algorithm, All-pixel Auto Focus, and more.

Other

Wireless connection is also preferable to Redmi Note 12 Pro. Although GSM networks are exactly the same, Bluetooth is newer, Wi-Fi is improved and also supports standard 6. GPS, Infra, NFC are in both. The battery is also 5,000 mAh and 67 W fast charging.

Summary

Both phones are very good, for their kind. Although Note 11 Pro was still one of the best phones in the Note series from January 2022 until the Note 12 Pro was not published in October and is now available in our country. The two phones are quite similar in appearance, with a flat screen and flat back, only the camera island has a significant design difference. In terms of colours, the 11 Pro has a very beautiful Atlantic blue, while the 12 Pro just came to us with classic colours.

If I had to choose between the two phones right now and I wasn't struck by the 22.000 HUF difference, I would definitely choose the Redmi Note 12 Pro the runner-up! But even if that discourages you, the Redmi Note 11 Pro, is only slightly behind its successor in daily use. But if you're thinking of switching, it's still worth considering it now, while it's on sale, or later, when the price goes down a bit. The processor, camera and display are not just a little bit better now, as we've sometimes seen in new iron. So go for it!

Buy it, take it while stocks last!
