The Display Supply Chain Consultants recently reported that the iPhone was the best-selling AMOLED phone in the world in 2022. No Xiaomi phone made it into the top 10, but Redmi did.

Még mindig jobban megy az iPhone és a Redmi, mint a Xiaomi

Among the top ten, iPhone 13 came in first with 8% share. The iPhone 14 Pro Max was the top revenue-generating single-product model with 11% share, followed by the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro Max. Among them, iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro accounted for 25% of unit share and 38% of revenue share.

The Redmi Note10/11/11s tops the list in the Android camp, with the Redmi Note 12 series and Samsung A52 also in the same camp. However, the iPhone dominates the overall list. The interesting thing about the list is that neither the main nor the subversion Xiaomi phone generated as much interest and sales volume. Redmi seems to be gaining attention and demand with its price/value ratio, taking over this position from Xiaomi phones. The Redmi Note 12 series is not now phones debuting on the global marketbut also assets sold in China and other eastern regions.

DSCC's report also pointed out that Apple is introducing LPTO panel technology, which allows the display to drastically and dynamically change the refresh rate. Obviously, this technology will further improve iPhone screen quality and battery life. It is also an important factor for Apple to continue to lead the way ahead of other mobile phone brands.
