Xiaomi's new flagship is coming soon, as it has become a tradition to launch it in December. Although it's still 3 months away, we're already seeing leaks, rumours and fake photos of the Xiaomi 13.

The most recent image of the Xiaomi 13 phone is the one above. It shows two different phones with a "poster" of the Xiaomi 13 and Pro. Judging by the design of the new phones, Xiaomi's design engineers didn't strain themselves. But even so, to fake the image, there are more changes compared to the Xiaomi 12 than the iPhone 13-14. The other one, which is a bit more believable, is the screen of the Xiaomi 13, taken from the "From the phone" side. As we all know, this can be transcribed to anything by a competent person, but let's ignore that for now. The codename of the phone, "nuwa" is correct. 12 GB of memory, expandable by three more, is entirely plausible. The processor is rumoured to be the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which again is a voice. Android 13 base has already been released the previous one, Xiaomi 12 series but still based on MIUI 13, but Xiaomi 13 will come with MIUI 14. There's one more piece of matching data in the image, and that's model number 2210132C, which is also associated with the Xiaomi 13.

More rumours about the Xiaomi 13 phone

The screen of the phone, I mean the plain 13, could be 6.36″ with 1.5K resolution, featuring AMOLED technology. It has a 120 Hz screen refresh rate and 480 Hz touch sampling, we haven't got a picture of the edges yet, whether they will be rounded or straight. The Pro version may have a slightly larger display, which means a 6.7″ diagonal screen with 2K resolution and the same AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh and 480 Hz touch sampling.

Camera-wise, the two phones will also be slightly different, while the standard 13 has two 50 MP cameras - the third is unknown - the Pro version has a 50 MP sensor under all the lenses. On a wired connection you'll get up to 100W HyperCharge charging, and wirelessly it will be capable of 50W.
