Elon Musk introduces his dog Floki, who will be familiar to many

Elon Musk, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO, recently posted a picture of his dog Floki on Twitter, which basically blew up the internet again. 

This is not the first and probably not the last time Elon Musk tweets something, and then half the world is staring at it for days. The eccentric billionaire once made a sport out of tweeting about his favourite cryptocurrency, dogecoin, which usually sent the originally joke currency soaring to crazy heights. For those who don't know, dogecoin was launched in 2013 and takes its name from a meme called doge, which depicts a shiba inu.

Needless to say, the picture started to spread like wildfire on the internet and at the time of writing it has over 300 thousand likes. And of course the meme factory has also been in full swing, with a flurry of creative works inspired by Elon Musk's new dog Floki (the best of which are now being Here click here).

Many people reacted to the post, including the dogecoin official page, which shared the dog picture, with the following text:"Musk Sir, I just want to say that your dog is shaped like a small bean. Thank you, that will be all.”
