Xiaomi HyperOS update schedule announced

One of the big stars of today's show is Xiaomi's new operating system After 7 years in development, it has finally been revealed that the Xiaomi 14 will come with this system out of the box. But what else will get it and when? So far, Chinese models are listed, but it follows that domestic phones will get it too! Here is Xiaomi's HyperOS update schedule!

So we already knew that the Xiaomi 14 series will come with HyperOS. From mid-November, they will start backwards upgrading the models already out, starting with the Xiaomi 13, Mix Fold and Redmi K60 series. Then it will be followed by the Xiaomi 12 and Redmi K50 series, but also the Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro 12.4. This is likely to launch from December. That's the gist of it, not much expected for TV in our country, and of the other products listed, only the Watch S3, if it comes to Europe at all.

Xiaomi HyperOS international release plan

Unfortunately, the presentation only covered the Chinese market, not the international market. But fortunately Xiaomi CEO He tweeted to his fans around the world that we don't have to wait much longer for HyperOS in our home country!

So the international version of Xiaomi HyperOS will reach the old continent in the first quarter of 2024. But is there any word yet on whether we'll get a re-skinned system, or a tickety-boo version of the original OS with all the goodness? That's what many people are asking in the Twitter feed, but of course no one has got an answer yet. So we'll have to wait a bit for that too.
