On Monday 29 March 2021, Xiaomi's big product launch started, where we got to see several new phones, some of which we immediately put into the bestbuy category, but some of which we will have to consider for a long time before buying.
In the first part we got to see the new members of the Mi 11 family, both on the Chinese and global front, which are quite different.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite / 5G
The Mi 11 Lite from China has become the Mi 11 Lite 5G in Europe, there is no regular 4G version in China, only here. There are subtle differences between the regular 4G and 5G versions, if you can call the processor what it is, Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G is in the 4G, while the 5G phone debuts the Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G SoC. Of course, with this, some features like cellular network, GPS, BT are better in the 5G version. Another difference is the selfie camera, which is 16 MP in 4G and 20 MP in 5G.

The Xiaomi Mi 11i was one of the interesting announcements, as after the Chinese launch it is indeed a new addition to the global market, but not a close member of the Mi 11 family. This is the Chinese Redmi K40 Pro+ one in one! So it brought all the newness of the Redmi K40 series with it to Europe.

Apart from the phones, there were also many goodies, Mi Smart Band 6, Mi Smart Projector 2 Pro, which is for the global market, and in China, a new Gaming router, washing machine, multifunctional air conditioner, robot vacuum cleaner, humidifier, etc. Of course, the biggest shock was the Mi Mix Fold, with the new Xiaomi logo.
