Tinder adds a new feature to dating, with a greater focus on users' musical tastes.

Tinder is the world's most popular dating app for smartphones, and since its launch in 2012, it has enjoyed unbroken popularity, especially among teenagers and twenty-somethings. IAC, the company behind the app, is constantly improving and tweaking the site, with one of the latest features being the Spotify-were created together with, enlarged by with this long-established Anthem feature.

Tinder has been working with Spotify since 2016, one of the results of which is a feature called Anthem, which allows users to choose their favourite songs and mark which sellers they prefer to listen to. The feature also allows users to search for pairs on the site based on friends, location and interests, as well as musical tastes.

The company is now extending this enhancement: with Music Mode, the previously specified Anthem song will now automatically start when the user opens someone's profile. With this move, Tinder wants to put even more emphasis on songs, allowing users to connect with each other through their musical tastes, among other things.

The new feature will be available globally in the coming weeks, so it's worth refreshing and checking back every now and then, as it could arrive at any time.
