Just six months ago, the Xiaomi Mi Band 5 bracelet was unveiled, and a month later it arrived in Europe as the Xiaomi Mi Smart band 5. But we always get the "crappy" one, because we can't use the features that the more professional ones offer, like NFC, voice control, etc.
After the Mi Band 5 came the Amazfit Band 5, with all the better features and functionality than the Xiaomi version, which is already we made a presentation on our YoutTube channel. The Mi Band 6 might add to this, although it won't be better than the Amazfit in many ways, but it will be a class of its own compared to the Mi Band 5.
The Mi smart Band 6 has been released in the Indonesian state operator "Indonesia Telecom"'s database of documentation containing the certification of the wearable device.
Although this code name is also only found in the list of Indian authorities, so it's safe to say that the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is on its way to launch, only the European certifications are still to come!
The Xiaomi Mi Band 6, or Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6 as it's known in Europe, will probably already have a blood oxygen meter, Alexa voice assistant, GPS receiver and of course a bigger display. The production of the Mi Smart Band 6 is again entrusted to Huami, so the existing technology is already there, it just needs to be updated and improved a bit to make it not only different but better than the Amazfit bracelet.
