Another Xiaomi 12 rumor, but this time not about the "regular" Xiaomi 12, but about a yet unmentioned future member of the series, the Xiaomi 12X. Kacper Skrzypek, a renowned leaker, whose name is associated with the last function against document forgery he managed to dig up the IMEI certification list of the Xiaomi 12X. The device is codenamed Psyche and carries the model number 2112123AG.

In the flagship series, the X model was first introduced in the Mi 11 family. But the Mi 11X is the same as the Redmi K40 or the Poco F3. with very minor modifications will be released under the Redmi name in February, under the Poco name in March, and then in the Mi series in April. Same display, camera, casing, size, processor, so it's easy to say "new" phone.
The Xiaomi 12X will feature a 6.28-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. With this display size, it would be one of the smallest Xiaomi phones in recent times, if the Xiaomi 12 Mini. The chipset is a Snapdragon 870 and the main camera is 50 MP. That's all the information available on the Xiaomi 12X for now. The Xiaomi 12 series is expected to be announced in the first quarter of 2022, but it's possible that the Xiaomi 12 itself will be released a little before the end of the year, as was the case with the Mi 11.
