Xiaomi opens another huge store

This is not the first store of this kind for Xiaomi, we are not talking about Mi Store stores, but about brutally large stores where you can see, touch and buy not only the technology range, but almost the entire range of household, comfort and other useful accessories, appliances and gadgets.

The new store is not located in the centre of China, in Shenzhen, Nanjing, Wuhan or Xi'an, but in the Wulidun shopping district in Laoshan district, Hefei city. This marks another milestone for Xiaomi, as it increases its offline presence in the country, which, according to the 2019 Q1 economic reports, doesn't hurt.

The store does not offer a full range of products at the time of opening, but there are still more than 2,000 products in 17 themes. Xiaomi isn't just a phone manufacturer, in fact its first product was the MIUI Android system and since then it has been offering a wealth of tech gadgets and solutions for almost the entire household. In the kitchen, it's not only the oven, hob, extractor hood, coffee machine that can be Xiaomi, but also the tables, chairs, kitchen counters, etc.

The same goes for the bathroom: dishwasher, dryer, razor, toothbrush, towels, cupboard, tap, water purifier, soap and dispenser, comb, hairbrush, skin care products, shampoo, toothpaste... I could go on and on. But bedrooms and living rooms are no exception: wardrobes, beds, sofas, lamps, air conditioners, pillows, blankets, etc.

Of course, the convenience and entertainment gadgets are not to be left out either, scales, humidifiers, fans, VR glasses, headphones... The opening was a great success, a lot of people were curious to see the shop, which is no wonder.

Such stores are currently only found in China, although they are also working hard in India, where the thousandth special Xiaomi store has just opened. In Europe, there are currently only a few Mi Store stores, and there are no plans to open a giant store... unfortunately.
