Three more Xiaomi phones get Android 9 Pie update

All the news is about the latest Xiaomi phones and the big launch. Competitor phones are coming, and even MWC has surprises in store for us. But neither are we and the MIUI developers forgetting the users who once bought the current top phone.

Yesterday, Zhang Guoquan, an engineer at Xiaomi, gave a long talk on Weibo about the development issues and of course the features that the Xiaomi Mi 6 will boast after the Android 9 Pie update. He then mentions two more phones at the end of his post, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 and Mi Note 3.

He did not inform the Weibo community when and how this update will arrive. First, users will be able to see the new base and improvements in the Chinese MIUI beta roms, and only after that will come the global beta roms, and then a few months later the stable branch will get it. So it's a long way off, be patient!
