MIUI is an ever-evolving operating system that is the go-to for Xiaomi phone owners today, with few other brands porting their ruins. As the phones evolve, so does the software, and even backwards, as new features in new devices are implemented in older phones over time. With the release of the Mi Mix 3 and Mi 9, we'll get a lot of new features, but in addition to the camera improvements, we'll also get a lot of convenience, useful features, or just enhancements to the user experience. This includes the new 24-hour lock screen background.
One of those found in an existing theme that Mi 9 owners may be familiar with is Spacewalk, which can be found in the weekly beta rum, but has also been included in more custom systems like MIUIHU. But it's been made available to pretty much everyone, recently in the beta update. It can only be set up in Mi 9, Mi 9 SE, Mi 8, Mi 8 Pro, Mi 8 Explorer Edition, Mi MIX 3 and Mi MIX 2S phones at the moment.
The idea of a 24-hour changing background is that the same image is lit differently every hour, as if you were looking at a real landscape. For now, this is the only one available, a sand dune, but more will be available soon. You can turn on the 24-hour lock screen background this way if you have the above-mentioned phone. NO OTHER PHONE HAS IT!
Settings > Wallpaper > 24H wallpaper
Select the image and click on the big Apply button to adjust it. And you're done, you now have a 24 hour lock screen background!
