It's been known for a while that The Walt Disney Company's popular streaming service Disney+ will be available in more countries, including Hungary, this summer, but now the exact release date has finally been revealed, and even how much the service will cost in Hungary.

The Mickey Mouse company officially announced on Tuesday that its streaming service Disney+ will launch in Hungary on 14 June. The service will be available in 42 new countries this summer, including South Africa, Turkey, Poland and the United Arab Emirates.

Disney+ content will be available in Hungary for HUF 2490 per month, with an annual subscription of HUF 24900. Overall, this is good news for Hungarian viewers, as Western European subscribers can enjoy the service for an average monthly fee of €9, or around €3,300-3,500. In exchange for the subscription, you will be able to watch four parallel streams of the broadcaster and you will also be able to download an unlimited number of downloads for up to 10 devices.

Disney+ launched in the US and a few other markets in November 2019 and has since grown to become one of the world's most popular broadcasting services. The streaming service has become one of the world's most popular streaming platforms. Star Wars themed home to films and series, with titles such as The Mandalorian, the Loki or the The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. In addition to Marvel and Star Wars content, Disney, Pixar and National Geographic films are also on offer, such as Mulan, the Luca or the Animal children's stories.
