The Xiaomi 12T Pro appears on Geekbench

On 4 July the official launch of the Xiaomi 12S series, which includes three phones, the Xiaomi 12S, Xiaomi 12S Pro and Xiaomi 12S Ultra. Of these, the Xiaomi 12S Ultra is only available in China. Earlier this month, it was reported that Xiaomi will release the Xiaomi 12T series of handsets globally in September. Of these, the first to emerge was the Xiaomi 12T Pro.

The Xiaomi 12T Pro is released on Geekbench database. The model number is "22081212UG" and the letter "G" at the end indicates that the machine will be a global product. According to Geekbench, it uses an 8-core processor, with 1 core running at 3.19 GHz, 3 cores at 2.75 GHz and 4 cores at 2.02 GHz. This means that the machine will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip.

A korábbi jelentések szerint a Xiaomi 12T Pro a Redmi K50 Extreme Edition tengerentúli továbbfejlesztett változata. A teljesítmény tekintetében 1300 pontot ért el az egymagos és 4061 pontot a többmagos teszt esetében. Referenciaként a szintén Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processzorral felszerelt Redmi K50 Extreme Edition egymagos tesztben 1339, többmagos tesztben 4389 pontot ért el. Az tesztben szereplő telefon 8 GB-os memóriával van felszerelve, de várhatóan 12 GB-os memóriás változata is lesz a telefonnak.

The Xiaomi 12T Pro is expected to use a 6.67″ AMOLED screen with a screen resolution of 1220 x 2712 and off-screen fingerprint recognition.

In terms of imaging, there's a 20-megapixel selfie camera on the front, and three rear cameras - a 200-megapixel main camera + 8-megapixel wide-angle camera + 2-megapixel macro camera. In terms of battery life, the phone has a 5000 mAh battery and supports 120 W fast charging. As for the system, it will run MIUI 13 based on Android 12.
