Is the Xiaomi 12 Mini still coming, or is it still just a rumour?

@Shadow_Leak We found the following alleged Xiaomi 12 Mini render image on Twitter. Although there is nothing to support its authenticity, no design, no patent, nothing. So again, we're treating this as a rumour.

The Xiaomi 12 and 12X are so far the smallest phones currently on the market, with a 6.28″ screen and dimensions of 152.7 x 69.9 x 8.2 mm. As a reminder, the Mi 9SE has a 5.97″ diagonal screen and measures 147.5 x 70.5 x 7.5 mm. The rendered image shows the Xiaomi 12 Mini with a completely different camera layout to its predecessors, which is completely incomprehensible. Reportedly, Xiaomi is at an advanced stage in the development of a mini flagship model that would fall under the 12 series. I would refute this based on looks, the Mi 9SE at least has the look of the big brother one on one. Of course, further rumours suggest that the screen will be just under 6″ and will feature the top of the range SD series 7 processor, which is currently the 780G.
