After the hardware, let's see how to install the software for your smart home. The translation of Mi Home is nothing new, those of you who are members of the Hungarian forum have been enjoying the benefits of the Hungarian language since August 2018. The Mi Home app also includes the tools for the starter kits, you don't need a plugin for that, but for everything else you need one.
After installing Mi Home and pairing the first device, the application creates a folder on the internal storage called "plugin". This is where the app will download the pliguns for your devices. These are all APK files, which is the extension of the android application. These files will manage the device and contain the default English language, as the Hungarian Mi Home has been modified to download and use the English plugin even for Chinese devices.
As you can see in the video, the EU Gateway plugin has been downloaded to the "plugin/install/mpk/57" folder in the application's own APK file, which we simply need to replace with the translated, Hungarian APK file. A simple file exchange! This is the procedure for all add-ons that are already compiled, such as:
