Of course, you could say that yet another skin is being pulled off the series, like the Redmi Note 9S, the Redmi K30 with the 5G version has been all the rage in China lately, but the Pro has been a rumour so far. It's not anymore.

It's already a safe bet that the Redmi K30 Pro will come with a pop-up selfie camera and a true full display. Since it's Redmi's top phone and will be 5G capable, 100% that it will feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 SoC, along with LPDDR5 and UFS3.0. Come on, anyone can predict these features, what would be in it???? But as for the looks and the camera, opinions are divided, as there will be not just one version, but Redmi K30 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition.

The Redmi K30 Pro has a very familiar camera sub-arrangement, the same one you see on the back of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro and OnePlus 7T (there are probably other brands), which won't appeal to many. The popup selfie camera will probably be a feature of the K series, as it will really just be a full screen, with no islands or cutouts. No official info on the camera features yet, but there will be 2 versions of these. The regular Pro will probably get Sony's 64MP sensor, while the Zoom Edition will get Samsung's 108MP solution, which, as with the Mi 10, will be capable of 50x magnification. The other cameras, the ultra-wide-angle, portrait camera and depth sensor. Plus red points for the separate 3.5mm Jack connector! We'll be back with more details as soon as we know more!
