Many people do not know that Amazfit watches are not made or manufactured by Xiaomi, but by Huami. Huami grew out of Xiaomi back in the day, after the first Mi Band series. But so much for the past, the present is much more exciting, as Amazfit watches are now the best-selling wearable smart devices!
Before I get into it, let's break it down into two parts, as there are two very different "types" of Amazfit wearable smart devices. A smartwatch and a smart bracelet. Just like Xiaomi.
Amazfit Band 5
Huami's smart wristband was an interesting response to Xiaomi's Mi Band 5 in 2020. Although what's more interesting is that both are made by Huami, only the Xiaomi is slightly more popular. From Amazfit Band 5 but better, with more features but a higher price tag. But its knowledge 2 years on is still perfectly in place today.
It has 11 sport modes, 5ATM waterproof, lasts 15 days on a single charge, water oxygen measurement and best of all, Alexa support with microphone! Advanced BioTracker 2 even measures daytime naps! The original 50$ ~ 19.000 Ft is also a thing of the past, now you can have it in three colors for 9.590 Ft!
At the moment, Huami only has this one smartwatch on the market, but the watch had to make up for this shortcoming! The watches are also divided into two parts, square and round. A lot of buyers are clearly committed to one shape or the other, so I split them in two. First up are the square smartwatches!
Amazfit BIP family
The square smartwatches open with the well-known and popular Bip series. With its already large 1.43″ TFT display, the Amazfit Bip U is a better choice than any other smartwatch if screen size is important. Besides the basic functions, it measures blood oxygen, 60+ sports activities, 9 days of battery life. All this from 17.990 Ft. But then there's its brother, the Amazfit Bip U pro, which on top of all that comes with a built-in GPS and microphone. The microphone is for Alexa support, and the GPS is so you don't have to carry your phone with you all the time when you're playing outdoor sports. The Pro isn't much more expensive, but it's just as much for what it does. That's exactly £24,990 at the moment.

Amazfit GTS family
The next contestants are from a different family, they are the GTS gallery. The GTS series has already set the bar pretty high. A bigger display, 1.55″, AMOLED with beautiful curved edges. The well known BioTracker 2 PPG performs in these too and of course in addition to the basic functions which now include blood oxygen measurement. The smallest member of the family, the Amazfit GTS 2 Mini on top of that, it lasts up to 21 days, can measure 70+ sports and already has a linear motor. For a small price increase you get a larger 1.65″ display on the Amazfit GTS 2e in the person of. But that's not the difference. It has a battery life of 24 days, can measure 90 sports and has GSS!
The best member of the family, the Amazfit GTS 2 one small step for man, one giant leap for smartwatches. It has everything I listed above, plus 3 GB of internal storage. Oh yeah, I raised an eyebrow at what for? Well, because you can upload your favourite music to the watch and listen to it on your BT headset while you're exercising. But that's not all! It's got a microphone and even a speaker so you don't have to pull out your phone for incoming calls. You can use it like David Hasselhoff in the TV series KITT. Now you have everything you need to focus on the sport!

Amazfit GTR family
And then there are the watch-looking smartwatches. I mean round smartwatches... anyway. So the GTR family of Amazfit smartwatches are meant to represent the usual round design. But there's a cuckoo's egg among them that isn't even a GTR, but I didn't want to buy it separately. And that is the Amazfit ZEPP E Circle smart watch. Although it has all the basic functions, it's more of a stylish smartwatch than a sports watch. Slim, sleek, slim, with a design that appeals more to women.
Back to the real GTR watches, they are less different from the GTS watches, only rounded. Of the watches currently available, the Amazfit GTR 2e is the entry level, which has almost the same knowledge as the GTS 2e. With minor differences. The watch has a display diameter of 1.39″ in a beautiful bezel-free format. 24-day power on, BioTracker 2, blood oxygen measurement, 90 sport modes, linear motor, GPS. These are all included in the square watch, but what's not is the microphone with off-line voice assistant! Next is the Amazfit GTR 2, which is also the GTS 2 in a round mould. But unfortunately its battery is smaller, as it is thinner, so its battery life is "only" 14 days. But all other features are the same, a little cheaper, with a smaller display.
Amazfit GTR 3 Series
The similar hours are over here, the GTR family has now shifted into a higher gear for the Amazfit GTR 3 hours. True, the screen size remains 1.39″, but it has HD AMOLED resolution with AOD function. The watch has an improved sensor, BioTracker 3.0 PPG sensor for better measurement of heart rate, blood oxygen level, stress level and all-day sleep. But all of its knowledge is based on Huami's proprietary software, ZEPP OS. So finally anything can be included in a watch like this, like 150+ sport modes, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS+GLONASS+GALILEO+BDS+QZSS. But what's most important for domestic users is the Hungarian language in the watch! Finally, here we are!
According to Amazfit GTR 3 Pro adds a few more shovels to the mix. Increased display size to 1.45″, 15 animated and 23 editable dials, aerospace-grade aluminium alloy, 8 sports auto-detection, PeakBeats motion algorithm, microphone + speaker, Offline Alexa, Wi-Fi, barometric altitude and barometric pressure. And I could go on and on about how much better it is than all the other watches.

So there you have it, a comparison of the Amazfit watches, I hope everyone finds the right one for them. From the simple to the most brutal watches, there's everything in the Amazfit range. But that's just the products currently available from the official reseller in your country. There's more available in the Eastern market, which I think is too much. But you can find something for you here at home, if you just want a plain smartwatch, there's the BIP series. For something a bit more serious, you have the square GTS and the round GTR series. But if you just want a cheap fitness bracelet, then the Band. They've got everything you need, both in terms of knowledge and price.
