Xiaomi Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. has registered on August 2nd the xiaomiev.com domain, which has not worked at all since registration, until today. But this morning something changed, content was added to the website.
This is what the xiaomiev.com website looks like now. Do you see anything strange about it? Oh yes, this is a copy of Xiaomi's Chinese website from March 2022. And it's not a complete website with all the code, no. It's 2 images, one is the top black strip symbolizing the menu and below that the other is just a screenshot.
This is a kooky solution in this form, not the website of a billionaire global company. The domain is actually owned by Xiaomi. Now let's move on to what's going to be on this website. In theory, this will be the official global website for the Xiaomi fleet of cars. It will feature the Xiaomi SU7 / Pro / Max electric cars and then future models.
According to China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and internal spy photos, the Xiaomi SU7 will come with an active rear wing as standard, and some models will also be equipped with Brembo calipers. Xiaomi offers two different variants: single-engine and twin-engine. The former has an engine power of 220 kW and a maximum speed of 210 km/h, while the latter has two engines with power outputs of 220 kW and 275 kW respectively and a maximum speed of 265 km/h.
