It's almost no surprise that Xiaomi is one of the world's leading manufacturers. This is still the case with GSMArena.com's top 20 list every year, but it still makes a fan's heart soar when their favourite brand does so well.

What's interesting is that the bigger manufacturers, Samsung, Apple, etc., couldn't compete with the up-and-coming manufacturer, and Xiaomi dominates all the places on the podium. The list includes Xiaomi, Samsung, Huawei, OnePlus, Oppo and even Nokia.
