This morning, the Redmi Note 13 series launch poster was released on all platforms, announcing that it will finally arrive in the global market on 4 January 2024. The launch will take place in India, with a European launch expected afterwards.

2024. január 24-én jön a Redmi Note 13 sorozat

Also the Redmi Note 13 series consists of three phones, like its predecessors. The plain 13, Pro and Pro+, but there is another one in China Redmi Note 13R Pro is running under the name. Globally, only the three bases will be coming to us, with the 13R staying in China. But, it might still be released as POCO. It would not be new.

Redmi Note 13 Series

The smallest member of the Redmi Note 13 series will come with simple features, as its title suggests. With a Mediatek Dimensity 6080 processor, a single 108 MP camera on the back (with 2 MP depth sensor), a 6.67″ AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. 5,000 mAh battery with 33 W charging power.

The middle child has the same size display, but now with 1.5K resolution and better quality. Instead of a media processor, it now has a good Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, the battery has been increased to 5,100 mAh and can now be charged at 67 W. Its camera has also received some upgrades, the main camera has a 200 MP resolution and 7P lens with OIS+EIS stabilisation. An 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera has been added and the 2 MP depth sensor has been retained.

The big brother in the professional league has already been given a few "little things" compared to the Redmi Note 13 Pro. The first is the processor! The MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra is specifically made for the phone to handle all the features that have been packed into it. The OLED screen hasn't changed in size, but it's protected by Victus glass to protect it from scratches. Camera setup also remains 200/8/2 setup but has been improved and is perhaps only a hair better than the Pro. However, battery capacity has been reduced to 5,000 mAh, but now with 120 W charging.

In terms of prices, Redmi has always led the way, as always. In China, that is. Global pricing is always higher than in the mainland, and especially in our country. The regular Redmi Note 13 is available from 55,000 yuan outside, the Pro 70,000 and Pro+ 95,000 yuan. And on January 4, we'll know the global prices, or just the Indian ones, but they're already getting close to ours. See you in January!
