Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro attacks with four cameras!

The Redmi 6 series was unveiled a few months ago and since then three variants have been released, the Redmi 6A, Redmi 6, Redmi 6 Pro and the latter of which was the basis for the Mi A2 Lite. The Redmi Note series has been a long time coming, but back in August, news broke that we would soon be seeing the Redmi Note 5's worthy successor, the Redmi Note 6 Pro.

The Redmi 6 Pro is the first notch, the first device in the Redmi range with an island display, and its reception has been very mixed. It's not yet known whether the Note version will follow this line or not, but leaked images and info suggest that it would be as big as the Mi8 or Poco F1, with little information appearing in the notification bar as a result.

True, you can't see the top of the screen in the picture, but the double front-facing camera requires such a large protrusion. Next to the two cameras, the sensors and the speaker might require so much space that they ignore the fashion notch... :)

The display on the Redmi Note 6 Pro is a nice size, with a spectacularly thin 6.26″ bezel and the 19:9 aspect ratio won't be much bigger than its predecessors, but it could mean there will still be an island at the top of the screen. :(

The camera on the back will be the usual pair of cameras, but there is no indication on the film that it will support AI. 12MP with large pixel size and dual pixel autofocus, 5MP flat sensor like in Redmi Note 5, Poco F1, etc. At the front, however, we'll see a new addition, or two, as alongside the 20MP selfie camera we'll also get a 2MP sensor, the role of which we can only speculate.

On the other hand, the battery size is 4.000 mAh, which is promising compared to the 3.000 mAh and the only big question is what the SoC will be. After all, the predecessor had a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 and it might be the same in this one.

The RAM/ROM pair may start from 3/32, but the leaked box image shows 4/64, no further information on further sizes. It will be released in standard colours in China, blue, gold and black, but in Europe it may come in additional colours. Price is a guess, it could be around $230 ($64,000).
