With the launch of the POCOPHONE brand, Xiaomi has started something new, a phone that is quite divisive among fans. A new brand or just a new branch? We still don't fully know, but it's sure to make a big splash with its speed and price. One of the interesting things about the software is that it has a new launcher interface, although it doesn't look any different from the original MIUI, it works. POCO Launcher is a mix of MIUI and stock Android. An App Drawer has been added to the MIUI interface, that is, apps are not placed on the main screen, but in a pull-up app drawer like on pure Android. I demonstrated this when I set up the Poco F1:

I haven't said anything new yet, but so far the platform has been available from the Play Store, but only in beta. Recently it was updated to a stable version, which I can now recommend to everyone.

More than 500,000 users have installed it and the feedback is that it is quite popular. Poco F1 owners may have got used to it, for regular MIUI users it may be strange and unusual. But the launcher itself can organise the many apps in several hemispheres, by name, colour, etc. and there is a separate app finder. Worth a try...
