Xiaomi's newest flagship, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S, was unveiled last month and we'll be testing it soon. Then there were rumours that the Mi 6X/Mi A2 pair might arrive. A launch date has been confirmed by Xiaomi, which will be on April 25 at Wuhan University. The phone has also been listed by TENAA.
Now, some rendered photos have been released, showing the route clearly.

Many people are waiting for Mi 7 on this day, but its launch will have to wait until at least the end of May.
The launch of the MI 6X is almost certain, as is the expected colour palette, which will be available in black, rose gold, white, blue, pink, red, grey and silver. More details will be revealed in the coming weeks.
According to all the news so far, the Xiaomi Mi 6X will come with a 5.99-inch 18:9 LCD display, Snapdragon 636 processor, 2,910mAh battery. Dual SIM card support is a given, of course. The back cover is metal, on which you can still find a fingerprint scanner. The only difference between the two models will be the software.
There is also speculation about the price of the Mi 6X, with the 4/64GB version of the Mi 6X at $250, the 6/64GB version at $299, and an entry-level version coming in a 4/32GB edition for $216.
To be honest, the Mi A2 with these specs could be a viable proposition, but the Mi 6X's legitimacy alongside the Redmi Note 5 (China) is highly questionable. We'll see in a week and a half. :)
