It's very difficult to keep something secret in the technology industry, sometimes you succeed, sometimes you don't. As we've seen with the Mi Mix 2s and other devices, not everything has been kept secret, someone is always talking and leaking or accidentally leaking something. But there are times when it's unavoidable, there are some people in the world who are directly researching this background information, see the XDA-style firmware tinkering with phones. Now one such real evidence has come to light, and it's about the next Xiaomi wearable, the Mi Band 3.

The next generation Mi Band, now in its umpteenth generation, will be very similar to its predecessor, the Mi Band 2, only slightly upgraded. A Spanish page and MrPostman Thanks to a Telegram user, this information, pictures and video have come to light.

The Xiaomi Mi Band 3 display has been changed to include full touch, horizontal and vertical menus, so you don't have to press a button to get to the right screen. Of course, the button still has a big role to play, as we can start, stop, or accept anything with virtual buttons that are not just on the screen. Running or other sporting activities can make it difficult to press the small on-screen buttons and of course getting back to the main screen is no easier.

The Xiaomi Mi Band 3 will be similar to the Amazfit Bip watch, only instead of just being sideways, you can also go up and down in the submenus. Notifications, weather, activity, stopwatch, device search and much more will be included in the new bracelet.

The resolution of the display has been increased, but it remains monochrome to maintain the battery life advantage over the competition and not to be inferior to its predecessor. In the absence of full specifications, we don't know much more about our new favourite, but it retains all the goodies of its predecessor and adds all the goodies, once again a smart bracelet that could be a favourite with millions. We hope to see the new Mi Band soon and that its price won't increase much to keep its place as the world's second wearable smart device. As soon as we know more, we'll deliver the news!
