Meta has developed a new feature for WhatsApp that allows you to pause and resume voice recordings later.
For a long time, Facebook (now Meta Platforms) has been tweaking and developing the popular WhatsApp messenger, adding more and more features to the app. One of the newest features has been added by WhatsApp's highly knowledgeable WABetaInfo spotted, a very useful new feature is coming that will allow you to pause and resume audio recordings.
According to the site, since the testing is in beta, it is still only testing, but for those lucky enough to see sound waves while recording in the app, there is every chance that they have already received the pause recording feature. What is not yet known is when it will be rolled out more widely.
