The Xiaomi 13T series, as we know, will be the international version of the Chinese Redmi K60. A Redmi K60 Ultra We already know everything about the Xiaomi 13T Pro, which is coming soon. But so far, we've only speculated about the "plain" Xiaomi 13T phone, and what kind of iron it will come with.

We have already learned that the poster Redmi K60 Ultra unlike the previous phone, the Xiaomi 13T series comes with Leica cameras. It will probably keep the Sony IMX800 50 MP sensor, but will get Leica optics and software. In addition, the processor will be a big issue, as the Redmi K60 Ultra will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC is humming, so will the Xiaomi 13T Pro get it too, or will it be replaced by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series? Wouldn't be a good idea. But the leaked Xiaomi 13T unboxing video reveals that it will feature MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra. So the 9200+ could stay.

The Xiaomi 13T camera island has no Leica inscription, either the video was fake, or only the Xiaomi 13T Pro gets Leica cameras. We will find out on the 26th. For sure, the two phones will get different Sony sensors, so I just hope the IMX800 stays in the Pro. The plain version will get the Sony IMX707 50MP sensor, which will fully satisfy the needs of the everyday photographer.

Hopefully the only difference between the two phones will be the camera and the processor. The design and casing are reminiscent of the Redmi K60 Ultra. If the screen is the same, we will be very happy with it. But satisfaction will come at a high price, as MediaTek processors are not very popular. Last year's Xiaomi 12T phone featured the previous series MTK 8100 Ultra chipset, while the Pro was already equipped with SD8+ Gen 1 iron. So this will be the first Xiaomi T series exclusively with MediaTek processor family. We'll see.
