Two types of charging station are available for the car, a 7 kW and an 11 kW one, the latter being recommended for the SU7 Max. In China, the purchase includes a 30 m cable and a basic installation.

It turns out that Android phones can be connected to the car via CarLink, which allows navigation, music playback, phone calls, and even audio and video to be sent to the on-board computer via DLNA. There is also a solution for iPad users, with a special frame to attach the tablet to the back of the front seat, which can be used to control certain functions such as seat climate or media playback via the Xiaomi Auto Expansion Screen app.

Xiaomi revealed that the warranty is not limited to the first owner, with maintenance costs of 480 yuan (approximately 25,000 forints in exchange) after the first year or 20,000 kilometres, 750 yuan (approximately 39,000 forints in exchange) in the second year and 1,400 yuan (approximately 72,000 forints in exchange) in the third year, and the SU7 Max's 0-100 km/h acceleration is officially estimated at 2.78 seconds.
