MIUI 14 brings a new future to Xiaomi fans, faster, more stable, more reliable and last but not least, more secure than its predecessor. We've read a lot about the what's new in MIUI 14 in China, how many new things it brought. But we'll soon find out what's left for us European users in the MIUI 14 EEA update.
The global version of MIUI 14 EEA has not yet been officially launched, but Mi Pilot members can already test it on some devices and enjoy its benefits. Or not. The new MIUI for the EEA region, or Europeans only, has already been released for testing.

These phones have already received Android 13 base for the new system, so they can double the benefits of the new software technology. But what exactly did they get with the update? Well, not much.... visually, that is. Of course, under the hood you'll find all the new stuff, less memory usage, faster operation, smoother scrolling, etc. The visible or visual new features are the folder view, some super icons and the shutter switches.

But it's not the only phone and brand to have Mi Pilot releases, a POCO has also received the MIUI 14 EEA update for testing. It's the POCO F4 GT, which has the same updates as the Xiaomi 11/12 series.
Luckily, I have a Xiaomi 11T Pro phone that I'm already testing MIUI 14 on and I'll report back soon with my first impressions!
