This morning, starting at 9am Hungarian time, the live broadcast from China started and we were very excited as this is the first special phone from Xiaomi. The presentation started off interestingly, with a DJ girl providing only upbeat music for long minutes, and the auditorium was still quite empty. After a quarter of an hour of waiting, they posted a QR code of the event with a gallery of photos then at 20 minutes the BlackShark Weibo channel too.
Long queues snaked despite the bad weather to be the first to see the latest Xiaomi BlackShark phone designed specifically for gaming live!
Interested visitors, mostly the nerdy guys, were waited by pleasant ladies until the broadcast started, so they would not be without a visual experience. :)
After 35 minutes of waiting, the presentation finally started, and in a somewhat long intro we could follow the technical development and the evolution of the company up to the present moment in sentences. Xiaomi CEO Xiaomi's CEO and contributing executives have a front row seat to the launch of the Gamer phone and have been photographing the event with their BlackShark phones.

In the introduction, he said that their new top device is a joint child of 3 big companies, with Xiaomi of course in the top spot.
Dual 12MP rear camera pair with dual-tone LED flash, interestingly not in the trendy vertical layout, but the old horizontal one. As expected, the screen is 5.99″ in diameter, 18:9 aspect ratio, FHD+ resolution (2160x1080px). Fingerprint reader is placed on the front panel, in the Home button.

As BlackShark is designed for heavy-duty gaming, it's essential to cool the processors, and this is done with a multi-layer heatsink and liquid cooling.
So even under the heaviest use, the phone doesn't get as hot as usual. The first liquid-cooled phone, 6000 mm2 cooling surface, 20x CPU cooling efficiency, 70% maximum CPU frequency runtime increase, 8 degrees lower CPU core temperature.
I don't think this needs any explanation... BRUTAL!!!
Battery and consumption comparison with the only rival at the moment, the Samsung Galaxy S9+. Software optimisation, good battery, good hardware results in less power consumption when playing games with the same performance.

The price of the phone is brutally low for such an iron, as usual from xiaomi, the 6/64GB version is 2.999 Juan ~ 120.500 Ft, while the larger 8/128GB version is 3.499 Juan ~ 140.500 Ft. An additional console is available from 149 Juan, that's from 7,195 Ft, but now the first 50,000 orders will be bundled with the phone for free!!!
