MIUI 11 weekly beta stopped, MIUI 12 coming!

We're slowly forgetting about the weekly beta updates, as the Global line has long since been discontinued, only available in China, which is the basis for many other custom ROMs, like the popular xiaomi.eu, or globe, etc. MIUI 12 rumours have already started, but any information on that is speculation.

It was announced on the Chinese forum on Monday that the Chinese weekly beta update this week will be the last of MIUI 11. This means that we will soon hear about the development of MIUI 12. The last release will arrive on March 26, 2020, and from then on there will be no more, except for Mi 9 Pro, Mi 10/Pro has been postponed due to issues, same for the Redmi Note 8 phone.

This is the image circulating on websites, blogs and social media that Zhiyuan Zang tweeted that MIUI 12 will no longer use the MIUI interface in the European market. We asked the head of the Chinese MIUI development team and got the answer that this is not true! No such thing is even planned, it would simply kill the global market....
