A little over half a year ago, Xiaomi entered the computer display industry, and with monitors expanded by product range. Although Redmi is a separate brand from Xiaomi, the two brands work closely together. Like Xiaomi, Redmi does not exclusively produce phones. According to recent leaks, the next market to conquer is the monitor market.

There is only limited information about the Redmi monitors, but we do know that the smaller, 23.8-inch version will be priced at around 600 yuan, which is a little over 27,000 forints (the same size Xiaomi monitor is 700 yuan, which is a little less than 5,000 forints more.) While this seems like a very good deal, this is of course the price in China, it's unknown whether it will ever make it to our country and, if so, how much higher this price will be. There is no information on the price of the 27 inch version. Besides these, there are also plans to release 2 gaming monitors of the same size.

The Xiaomi monitor range is also expanding with 3 different models. The first is a 24.5 inch gamer, the second is a 27 inch gamer and the third is a probably 29.5 inch traditional version.

According to the leaks, Redmi's 23.8-inch traditional monitor will be launched in June, Xiaomi's 27-inch gamer monitor in July, the 24.5-inch gamer monitor in September and the 29.5-inch traditional monitor in November.
