Much to our surprise, yesterday Poco India announced the launch of a new phone, the Poco M3 Pro 5G. Who is the latest rebrand victim?

The new Poco phone will be unveiled in India next Wednesday, and we'll be bringing you live coverage of the launch on On our Youtube channel. This is not a new phone either, unfortunately, but a rebranding and renaming of an existing one.

The leaked image shows a familiar phone greeting us, and it's the Redmi Note 10 5G, which is based in Europe. It's not yet clear if the two phones are exactly the same, although there are some changes in looks. Rumour has it that there isn't, but we'll find out on the road, or next week at the latest, when the Poco M3 Pro 5G goes live.

The Redmi Note 10 5G features a 6.5″ FHD+ Dot Display. It features MediaTek Dimensity 700 Soc, 5,000 mAh battery, 48 MP main camera, 8 MP selfie camera and even NFC. Also, of course, as the name suggests, it supports 5G mobile network.

We don't know anything about the price, as it has not been introduced in official shops in our country, the and only in Euro when we received the notification, which was between 60 and 70,000. Let's hope that it will reach us in the form of the Poco. Although 5G is not so relevant for us, due to the lack of coverage (I'll leave out the containers for now). It will be out next week!
