Ukrainian Digital Development Minister Mihajlo Fedorov has asked Elon Musk for help with Ukraine's internet problem.
“While you are trying to colonise Mars, Russia is trying to occupy Ukraine. While your missiles are successfully landing from space, Russian missiles are attacking civilians" - written by Fedorov on Twitter. The minister called for Starlink satellites to help secure the internet in the country. About ten hours later, Elon Musk announced that his space company SpaceX had activated the Starlink service in Ukraine, and that more terminals were on their way.
