The central theme of the 2021 festival is "Explore the Possibilities", and in keeping with the spirit of the message, Xiaomi is launching a wide-ranging online campaign encouraging fans to share their experiences of how Xiaomi products have made their lives better with friends and family. The global shopping frenzy will kick off on April 6, with special offers worth more than $147 million* available through official sales channels. Xiaomi is engaging more than 70 online platforms and 300 offline partners in 59 countries to make its latest products available to Xiaomi fans at the best prices. Google and Qualcomm Technologies will also celebrate the anniversary of Xiaomi's founding at MFF 2021. The posters, jointly created for the festival, feature the unifying symbol "&" as the central creative element of the image, referencing the close collaboration between Xiaomi and Google, and Xiaomi and Qualcomm Technologies. The posters also feature the Möbius strip, which evokes infinity, suggesting that Xiaomi and the companies are working to bring infinite possibilities into the lives of users.

Redmi Note 10 Pro Mi Fan Festival Special Edition

At this year's Xiaomi Fan Festival, Xiaomi will unveil the Redmi Note 10 Pro MFF Special Edition with the slogan "Discover the endless possibilities", which is also a unique MFF souvenir that fans can take home. The MFF Special Edition phone is a symbol of Xiaomi's entrepreneurial spirit and encourages the brand's fans to join the Smartphone x AIoT to discover the endless possibilities in life.

To join the theme of infinity, the Redmi Note 10 Pro MFF Special Edition comes in cosmos-inspired packaging. The front of the box features an image of astronauts floating through galaxies, hinting at Xiaomi and Xiaomi fans' shared exploration of the infinite possibilities of life.

The box also includes an MFF postcard with a picture of Mi Bunny astronauts. On the back of the postcard is an MFF themed sticker*** that can be stuck on a mobile phone, computer or suitcase to give users a little extra Xiaomi. For this year's Xiaomi Fan Fest, the metallic shimmer Gradient Bronze colour shade of the Redmi Note 10 Pro has been chosen, with the exclusive MFF 2021 icon printed on the back.

As a special souvenir of this year's festival, the Redmi Note 10 Pro MFF Special Edition will be available in limited quantities worldwide.

Together with Xiaomi fans, we are building a better world

On the occasion of MFF 2021, the Xiaomi Global Mi Community has unveiled its official song, A Melody for Mi, created online by members of the Xiaomi Global Mi Community of fans from 15 countries. Nearly 1000 Xiaomi fans participated in the songwriting project. Thirty selected Xiaomi fans contributed to the music and lyrics. The theme of the song is Xiaomi fans' aspiration for a better life, centred on love, passion, innovation, vitality and a smarter life - the values that Xiaomi has been communicating to its fans for more than a decade. Today, Xiaomi fans are sending the same message to the world. Together, under the banner of a shared vision, Xiaomi fans are determined to trust and believe in creating a better world.

The song Melody for Mi is also the official ringtone, which users around the world can download from the Mi Theme Store. This song will also be played when calling customer service while on hold.

Xiaomi makes sure that the company's image is one of the coolest in the eyes of Xiaomi fans and users. For years, Xiaomi users have been connected to a shared experience of connection and life through these truly game-changing, innovative products that make a real difference in their lives. On Xiaomi's global Mi Community, thousands of fans have already posted their stories and told how the Xiaomi brand and Xiaomi products have changed their lives.

During a Mi Community activity, a Xiaomi fan named "Crossfiree" shared his story about the Mi Smart Home. He uses over 30 Xiaomi ecosystem products in his home, although he considers himself more of a technophobe than a tech enthusiast. The Mi Air Purifier has helped improve the air quality in her home and alleviated her harsh dust allergies, and the Mi Band has helped her whole family make healthier lifestyle changes. Another Xiaomi fan, Arun Abhimanyu, told us how the Mi Motion Active Night Light solved an old problem of his grandmother who couldn't find the light switch in the dark when she got up at night to go to the bathroom. This was just one of her experiences with Xiaomi products. "These products have made my life easier in ways I never would have thought of before. This is what Xiaomi does to earn the trust of users," he said.

History of the MFF

The first MFF was held in China on 6 April 2012, when Xiaomi decided to celebrate the second anniversary of its founding. As Xiaomi fans have played a prominent role in Xiaomi's rapid growth, the company invited fans to celebrate together in a big party. The venue was like a nightclub, with guests celebrating while a DJ played and chatted with them. That day, 100,000 Xiaomi smartphones were sold in 6 minutes and 5 seconds. Since then, Xiaomi has held the MFF every year to show its gratitude to Xiaomi fans.

After China, the next MFFs were held in India and Indonesia in 2015, before being launched in European markets in 2018, with the first buying carnival in Spain. This year will be the tenth MFF, with more markets around the world joining the celebrations.
