There is no accounting for the outcry around MIUI, which is partly justified and partly not. Owners outside of China have been eagerly awaiting the MIUI 12.5 Global Stable update to make their phones more beautiful, more colourful, more smelly.
The new system, because let's call it that rather than a new interface, will bring many new features compared to the previous one. The we have already written an article about the new MIUI, I won't go into it here, but not the most important one, because we don't know it yet. We do not know exactly now, because no official information is given, but anyone with an eye can read the signs.
Today we finally see the end of the tunnel, or the light at the end of the tunnel, because this morning the first MIUI 12.5 Global Stable update was finally released for the first phone. And it's none other than the Redmi Note 10S! And by region: Global, India and EEA. For us, of course, the EEA is important, because Europe needs a separate MIUI for GDPR.

At the moment, apart from the new features, all we know about the new update is that it has optimised system performance and improved system security and stability. The update will be available OTA for everyone and is 2.6 GB in size, which is worth downloading on a stable WiFi network.
