It's 13 December 2016, when Apple launches Airpods, which has created quite a stir in the headphone market. Although the first TWS, or fully wireless headphones, are from Onkyo, it was Apple that really made the concept popular.

Xiaomi has not been left out of the "party" either, they have produced many different versions over the years, but perhaps the most popular of these is the Redmi Airdots or Xiaomi Mi Airdots Basic series, which of course played an important role in the price of between 5 and 10 thousand forints.

Redmi AirDots 3

There is also a Pro version of this series, which has been released in the latest model, the Redmi Airdots 3 Pro. The earphones have active noise cancellation, wireless charging and a low-latency mode among the features.

It has 9 mm drivers and 3 microphones for the clearest sound and best noise cancellation. Active noise cancellation can reduce external noise by 35 dB. Communication is via Bluetooth 5.2, allowing up to 2 devices to be connected simultaneously.

With a 35 mAh battery, the headphones will last up to 6 hours without noise cancellation and 3 hours with noise cancellation on a single charge. The charger has a 470 mAh battery, which gives you an additional 28 hours of use. You can charge via the Type-C port or, as I mentioned above, wirelessly.

Well, how much is that?

300 yuan, a little over 13 thousand forints, which I think is very fair. The sale starts on 11 June in China, no information on future availability outside China.
