A persistent problem with a mobile phone is battery capacity, although based on many negative reviews, many are still to this day unable to buy a phone to suit their needs, just fiddling with their lives after purchase. Of course, Xiaomi didn't listen to them either, only now they are able to think of a size that can fit a larger battery, thus increasing the battery life of the phone.

The recently unveiled Xiaomi Mi 10T is the first such phone from the company to finally pack enough capacity. Previously, the Xiaomi Mi 10 boasted a 4,780 mAh battery, so the new phone has a slightly bigger and better cell.

And not just any battery, Mi 10T debuted the new MMT technology, which splits the battery in two and can charge it simultaneously as if there were two. So this method not only makes charging lightning fast, but also saves on the use of the power stored inside, despite the inclusion of an IPS LCD, which isn't always consumer-friendly.

And a few days ago, the phone was released in China as the Redmi K30S, one-of-a-kind, with minor changes, which I have already discussed in a previous article. But this is not the only phone in the company's home country that has such a large battery, so XiaoBai has included it in its test series:

To our surprise, the Redmi K30S came out on top, although there is a lot of competition in the East, and not just from Chinese brands. The list also includes phones from many other manufacturers, such as Huawei, Samsung and Apple (among the last ones). In the test, if I read it right, 720p online video, Weibo, gaming, etc. went on for 5 hours. The coloured stripes are what ate up the battery, the dark stripe is what was left of the full capacity. Well great to see which phones managed to conserve power while in use.
